2. Deliverables

• Source code, documentation, and assets are delivered via secure repositories or links.
• Access credentials and environments are shared through secure channels.
• Delivery timelines are defined in the SOW or project plan.

3. Physical Items (If Any)

If a project involves hardware or physical items, shipping terms (carrier, timelines, duties) will be specified in the SOW. Risks transfer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.
